COVID-19 Business Continuity Statement

As the COVID-19 epidemic continues to evolve, we want to let you know that we have contingency plans in place to ensure that we maintain the highest level of service to our clients whilst putting the health of our clients and staff at the forefront of our planning.

Following the Government statement yesterday we are aiming to enable some of our staff to work from home, whilst others remain in the office under restricted working conditions to protect health. We will continue to monitor all emails and we should be here to answer your phone calls as normal. However, if you don’t get through to us on the phone please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.

We are suspending face to face meetings until further notice and will conduct meetings by telephone.

We understand this is a concerning time and if you call for an update, if your adviser is not available one of the qualified paraplanners or support staff will be able to bring you up to date. You will find a list of our team members here.

Government advice may change over the coming days however please be assured even if our offices need to close, we have invested in modern cloud based systems and we can manage to service our clients whilst based at home.
