Complementing our advisory team is our well-resourced and highly experienced client services team. The team’s purpose is quite simply to ensure our clients receive a highly professional, personal and friendly service. The team is led by Lynn Tomaney, office manager who joined XL in 2005. Prior to this she worked for a leading UK financial service product provider.
Supporting Lynn are two senior Financial Service Administrators, Tracey Pickering and Viv Haylock, who both have many years’ experience working in the financial service industry and provide a strong knowledge base to the team. In 2021 Tom Prior joined the administration team and is training as a Financial Services Administrator and is starting to study for his first CII examination.
For our technical support we have two Senior paraplanners Dan Parish, Chartered Financial Planner, who joined XL in 2020 and currently takes up a dual role of Adviser and Paraplanner. In 2021 Vikki Vaughan Williams joined the paraplanning team, she is highly qualified and has over twenty years Financial Services experience and is an asset to the team.
